Individual Counselling – $135 including GST (50-minute session)

EMDR – $205 including GST (80-minute session)

Couples Counselling – $220 including GST (80-minute session)

Online/video counselling has become very popular due to the COVID-19 pandemic.  As a counsellor, I have found it to be a very effective alternative to in-person sessions.  To read my blog about the benefits of online/video counselling, please click here.  

 

My rates are in line with the recommendations set out by the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors. Please click here for more information.  

Forms of Payment: Credit Card, E-transfer, and Debit (in-person only).

 

Extended Health - BC Medical Services Plan (MSP) does not cover registered clinical counselling fees. If you or your partner are part of an extended health plan, however, you may be covered through them. Please check with your extended health plan directly. A receipt with my BCACC registration number will be provided.

 

Cancellation Policy - 24 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations. If less than 24 hours' notice is given or an appointment is missed, you will be charged the full amount of a session. Exceptions may be made in the case of an emergency or extenuating circumstance.

In October, 2021, I will be introducing an Australian Shepherd Therapy Dog (puppy - in training) named Joey into my in-person counselling sessions. He may simply be in his crate in a corner of the treatment room during sessions, if you prefer, and there is no requirement or expectation whatsoever for you to interact with him.  If you are booking an in-person session, please let me know if you have any concerns about having Joey in the room during our session.
